Pho consists of beef broth, thin slices of beef, rice noodles, fresh basil, bean sprouts, sliced fresh jalapenos, lime juice and cilantro. The heady broth, chewy rice noodles, sweet spices and scintillating herbs provide comfort in a bowl. The broth is light and does not have much in the way of oils or fat. The meat is lean and a good source of protein. The herbs, bean sprouts, lime juice, chili are full of vitamins and minerals. So, what are you waiting for? The restaurant is really nice. The food is so yummy. The restaurant is not crowded may be because not many people know about it yet. You must try the beef noodle soup and the steak FR. They are my favorite!
