Tuesday: 6:30pm -Last class at Fred Astaire Studios.
Friday: 6:30pm at Cypress UMC.
There is no class on Thursday this week-we are making it up on Friday.

So What’s the hype all about? Empanadas? What? FREE!
How many can you eat? 1, 3, 5, 10…well, here is your chance to prove it.

Guayaba is going Empanada Crazy!!!! Watch out!
Next Monday, August 30th. We are looking to set a record for the most empanadas under one roof. This is a NO STRINGS ATTACHED, NO PURCHASE NECESSARY - FREE empanada PARTY. Here’s all you have to do.
1. Invite your friends to join you at Guayaba. We need a lot of people.
2. Show up and enjoy the free empanadas.
3. Every 10 minutes everyone will post on FB, Twitter, or other sites the number of empanadas they have eaten and the total of everyone combined.
4. Pull out your cell phones and go crazy! Invite more friends to join you so we can get to the 5000 empanadas. FB or Tweet everyone in the world.
5. There will be computers setup for those without access to the net to post their results.
6. The table with the highest number of people and posts on any of these sites will get a $100 Gift Certificate to Guayaba Latin Grill. Minimum 200 posts and 2500 empanadas total!
7. Have fun and enjoy the empanadas!!!!
8. Send this invite to all your friends!!! This is where you start getting the numbers.
All the local news channels have been notified. So far Channel 2 has said they will do a live shoot from Guayaba at 4pm. So if you want to be on TV, this is a great opportunity.

Updates for ZUMBA classes this summer.
Tuesdays are now at Fred Astaire Dance Studios. The time and day still remain the same.
Monday, July 5th—NO CLASS
Thursday, July 15th—NO CLASS
If you currently hold a ZUMBA with Sarah punch card, for a limited time, you can bring the punch card in to Fred Astaire Studios for my Tuesday class, and take a class for $6 instead of $10. (its an extra charge, they won’t get the card punched) This is through the summer.
